Conference 2010 FAQ's

Q: What time does the event start?
A: The Business meeting begins at 2pm and the main conference begins at 7:30pm with an evening celebration.

Q: What time does the event finish?
A: The event finishes at 9:30 PM on Thursday 6th May

Q: Is there Parking available
A: There are 150 parking spaces available. However, there is a pay and display opposite the church. We would encourage you to car share with any other delegates who may be staying at the same hotel.

Q: Will there be any facilities (Crèche), Streams for children?
A: Unfortunately we are not able to provide any facilities for a crèche, parent room or children’s stream. We would have loved to do this but are unable to offer this for the 2010 conference.

Q: Is the food cost covered in the price?
A: Yes. Drinks for all the breaks, plus lunch on Wednesday & Thursday.

Q: Who are the speakers for the event?
A: Nick Resce (Australia), John Glass(National Leader, Elim), Colin Cooper (Huddersfield Christian Fellowship), Gary and Marilyn Skinner (Uganda) plus members of the NLT

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: All cancellations before the 5th April 2010 are subject to a 20% administration charge for each delegate. No refund will be made after this date; however you may transfer your registration to another person providing it has been fully paid for

Q: Is there a charge for debit and credit cards?
A: Yes. There is a charge of £2.48 for the Early Bird tickets (£99), £2.75 for the Full delegate tickets (£110), £6.50 for group bookings (early bird and full delegate)

Q: Are tickets transferable?
A: You may transfer your registration to another person provided it has been fully paid for.

Q: How many people can go in a group booking?
A: 10 people.

Q: Are there facilities for the Disabled?
A: There is disabled access to the whole venue, disabled toilets and a hearing loop. When booking in for the conference please notify us of any specific requirements and will endeavour to help.

Q: Who do I make a cheque payment out to?
A: Assemblies of God.

Q: Is accommodation included in the conference price?
A: No, accommodation will need to be paid for by you.

Q: Will a programme be issued?
A: Yes, an outline of the programme will be given at the event.
