It was a delight to welcome 31 delegates to AoG GB Forward Network’s first ever national “Launch” church planting Training at the National Ministry Centre in Mattersey.
Three years ago, Net Church in Dartford needed more room. A year before that they had moved to double services to combat a packed full auditorium, but now both services were completely full again. Minister Roy Morley started praying for a 1000 seater auditorium.
Social media can be a really useful tool to build community, awareness and an atmosphere of expectation around all that you are doing as a church. Mixing the following three elements into your social media personally and as a church will help you to be effective!
Dave Boulton started repurposing Life Community Church in Leamington Spa in 2012. Then, the congregation reflected the demographic of the area: white and older. Since then there has been a lot of immigration to the area, largely from India as two large firms have opened, and the church and community demographic is rapidly changing. Dave had to work out what to do.
Lukas Dewhirst and his wife Sarah lead Life Church in Warrington and they brought twenty of the team from their church to Identity, the North Area conference.
